run by local couple Mark and Ingrid Stenhouse.

In addition to our Motel we also have available:

Pelican view – 3 bedroom holiday house that sleeps a maximum of 6 people

Lake Cargelligo is an unexpected oasis in central NSW and its beauty and tranquility has remained unspoilt.

It’s a perfect place to stop, stay and indulge in a range of wonderful water activities including skiing, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, canoeing and swimming.

It may be an older motel, but Ingrid’s hospitality lifts it to five stars across the board. Comfortable, clean, a microwave in the room and better hospitality than I’ve had in five star hotels elsewhere. I reckon I’ll be making a trip back next year just so I can stay here again. Stayed here for nearly two weeks, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in town. Book ahead, it’s small and busy! There’s a barbecue here if you want to cook and the pool is immaculate. Good stuff Ingrid!

With a family of four, we opted for the holiday house Pelican View for a 3 night stay. Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Ingrid had the heater on ready for us. Plenty of room, comfy beds and lounge. Very well appointed, clean, tidy and quiet. So glad we stayed here.

Perfect for the weary traveller. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Location is right up the block from the main street. Ingrid the manager is lovely – always smiling and nothing is ever a problem. Great wi-fi connection and a beaut pool as well. Also, well priced. I would definitely stay again.
